Reformed Whores’ music/comedy monthly on Thursday 4.12!

The hilariously irreverent musical comedy duo Reformed Whores (Edinburgh Fringe Festival, SiriusXM, Live at Gotham, Weird Al opener) bring their signature monthly comedy showcase to The Cobra Club in Brooklyn next Thursday, April 12th!

About the show, Time Out New York says “NYC’s most brilliantly deranged duo have continue their country-music conquest of the city’s stand-up stages. They bring their bananas original songs to the Cobra for this special free night!”

The show features the funniest up-n-coming comedians in the country and it’s FREE! This months guests include:

Clark Jones is a humorist originally from the south side of Chicago. After moving East, he performed in the New York Comedy Festival opening for Hannibal Buress at Skirball Theater, the Brooklyn Comedy Festival, and currently hosts Comedy at the Knitting Factory every Sunday at 9, named a to weeky show by TimeOut NY. He was named one of the top comics to watch by the New York Observer, acted in Andy Samberg’s “Digital Shorts” for Saturday Night LIVE, regularly films segments for the NY Posts “Internet Action Force” and will be a guest on this season of Tru TV’s “Friends of the People.”

Julia Johns is a contributor to someecards, and was a contributing writer for MTV’s Girl Code, and performs stand up comedy at various venues all over the New York City area. She is a member of the sketch group All Female Reboot, which is currently performing monthly at the Tank Theater. She has performed in the 2016 She-Devil Comedy Festival in NYC, the 2016 and 2017 Lehigh Valley with Love Comedy Fest, and the 2017 Comedy BrewHaHa Festival in Cincinnati.

Sharron Paul is a NYC-based actress, comedian, writer and producer. She co-hosts the long-running *CHEAP DATE* comedy show, which was deemed “One of the best things to do in Brooklyn” by TimeOut New York. She was named “One of the funniest women on Twitter” by the Huffington Post. Sharron has appeared on FOX, ABC, MTV, and A&E as well as a number of popular sketches and music videos. She co-starred in the series Political Fashion Chat on IAF TV, as well as the webseries’ Girls Are Roommates, Ghostedbusters, and 2 Self Help Books Away from Being Perfect. Sharron also voices the character Francine on Amazon’s animated series “Fanny Fun Facts.”

Matt Dallow Music (Brooklyn)
Matt Dallow is a composer and multi-instrumentalist based out of Brooklyn, New York. Well known for his mastery and innovation on the accordion, Mr. Dallow also plays the theremin, melodica, synth and guitar. He has playedaccordion and acted in numerous New York City theatrical productions. Mr. Dallow also recently played himself in an episode of Law & Order SVU, which was loosely based on the notorious Night Heron water tower speakeasy, for which he was once house musician in real life.
