Monthly Archives: October 2012

In case you haven’t had a chance to stop by in the last couple of weeks, you may not know just HOW MUCH we love Halloween at the Cobra Club. And we do. Ever so much. So we’ve planned a few events to help celebrate the greatest holiday of all time.

Friday, Oct 26 – ZOMBIE PROM
Yep. Just as it sounds, we are opening up the back room with DJs, balloons, prizes, a photographer… the whole shebang. Come as a prom-dressed zombie or whatever else tickles your halloweenie fancy. 9pm, no cover.

Saturday, Oct 27 – SUGAR SHACK BURLESQUE – workshop and performance
If you want to learn some booty-shakin’ moves, come to Miss RunAround Sue’s 7:30pm hour-long workshop in the art of tease. Offered the last Saturday of each month, you’ll learn new choreography specific to one of the golden decades of burlesque. No previous experience or costume needed. $20 for the workshop and includes a complimentary glass of Prosecco after class.

And If you’re more of the booty-oglin’ type, come by at 10pm for our very first Sugar Shack Burlesque performance. Join RunAround Sue and the gang for a Saturday night of fright and shenanigan, featuring some of the finest names in Burlesque! $10 cover.

As with all events at the Cobra Club, our Halloween weekend is for grownup kids only – so you gotta be 21+.

ENEMIES! A gay night for the punks…

Tomorrow marks the first of a brand-spanking new monthly party.
